eCommerce Product Manager

FULL TIME

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful delivery of global digital & eCommerce programs and minor enhancement requests across one or more of our divisions.
• Understanding the Client's strategic vision and market needs for delivering best in class e-Commerce products.
• Translate business requirements into a digital product and marketing plan to be executed by the digital team.
• Work closely to understand the clients group’s key digital and marketing technology initiatives and work for success of programs end to end.
• Manage e-commerce functions including, but not limited to, optimizing conversion, supporting acquisition and lead gen efforts, updating site content, managing pages and products, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing user flow/customer experience.
• Establish seamless communication with various project stake holders from Business, Technical, IT, Marketing and Analytics to scope project requirements, prioritize, and set and manage expectations regularly.

Skills Required:

• Experience in Digital Marketing/SEO/SEM
• D2C and eCommerce experience is required.
• Running Campaign Management.
• Website Management Experience with Shopify is preferred
• Experience in CPG would be a perfect match.
• Need to know few programs around Ecommerce like loyalty, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, coupon program, Promotional setup, email marketing programs etc
