NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Implement experiences centered on a 365 lifestyle of sports built around the needs of the athlete and at the pace of the sport. Manage team and set team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coach staff, create opportunities for staff development, make hiring decisions, and drive performance management, recognition and rewards. Develop team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance. At the Global level, develop member notification strategy through a full flywheel offense that inspires and enables them by leveraging data and signals that provides what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. Oversee the development and execution of personalization strategies for notifications focused on ways to drive new levels of engagement and member retention. Partner with Consumer Direct Stores team to co-develop Omni-channel frameworks to enable connected member’s journey. Collaborate and align with Digital Product and engineering teams to deliver new marketing capabilities to increase retention and frequency. Partner with Integrated Media and external platforms to have unified Nike conversations across the team to drive new capabilities. At a Geo level, lead the communication of the Targeted Communications strategy, seasonal execution, and 365 plan. Support the translation of global marketing strategy into Geo execution. Manage budget for the Global function and drive annual concept map.

Experience Must Include

Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, or Operations and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

  • Keynote or similar software;
  • Marketing execution;
  • Go to market process management;
  • Budget and project management;
  • Developing market strategy and presenting concepts to consumers;
  • Email and App based marketing executions;
  • Digital marketing strategy including knowledge of digital media strategy and capabilities;
  • Building Test and Learn agendas as well as managing KPIs;
  • Information gathering, information retrieval, statistical analysis, and qualitative analysis;
  • Building content strategy, briefs and managing creative development and production; and
  • Digital marketing levers, including affiliates, social, paid media, SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, email, App and SMS.

Experience Must Include

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, or Operations and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
