Some days include strategically planning out social calendars and others include picking up our clients' dry cleaning (yes, we’ve done it before). Our team is determined to go the extra mile for our clients, making sure we serve their social needs to the best of our ability.

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create engaging marketing content that educates and delights the audience across our clients' social media channels. You will coordinate with other team members around new ideas, client happenings and promotional priorities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, collaborator, organized and loves storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Implement social strategy across brand social accounts

- Own and manage social media content calendars

- Review client briefs to translate into social-first content for the given client

- Create copy for the social posts across all channels

- Schedule social posts through third-party tools and select paid promotion posts from the content calendar

- Create monthly analytics reports

- Read and action learnings from reports to ongoing social calendar

- Stay up-to-date with changes across our social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- 1-2 years experience in a paid social media role

- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills

- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Canva does not count)

- Experience with Sprout Social

- Experience with video/Instagram Reels and TikTok

- Strong DSLR knowledge

- Strong customer service skills

- An outgoing and positive personality

- Must have strong organizational and project management skills

- Strong attention to details

- Ability to prioritize under pressure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies

- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions

- Possesses a high level of creativity
