To penetrate and overwhelm every aspect, from recognition, treatment, staffing, and guidance within the Abuse Care Industry. Further, our goal is to standardize "Whole personal conceptual treatment" throughout the Abuse Care Industry and to further develop a recognized and respected path to wellness. Ours is not to reinvent the wheel rather identify the metrics, reorient the existing components and define an ameliorated journey towards recovery and wellness.

lead and excel within your chosen vocation. This is a volunteer position, however, it will give

you valuable work experience while helping to further our efforts of helping victims of

abuse.

Company Description Abuse Refuge Org (ARO) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). We focus our best

efforts and practices to assist and help those abused by aiding in 10 major areas of abuse to

include Sexual, Physical, Narcissistic, Psychological, Financial, Bullying, Spousal, Cyber, Child,

and Self-abuse.

  • This is an unpaid volunteer position

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a growing team of Ambassador Coordinators.

Responsibilities And What You Will Do

In coordination with ARO's vision and mission, build a local US ambassador program as a

part of the global influencer marketing strategy

Own day-to-day tasks of the ambassador program

Manage campaign metrics and actively monitor KPIs to optimize results

Scout and manage communication with external agencies/partners or marketing-tools

Host events, order merchandise and manage send-outs

Identity, source, and onboard talent into our Ambassador Hub going forward

Brainstorm and consistently document new, creative approaches to Ambassador

campaigns and create executable plans

Help coordinate the activities of influencers/ambassadors, managers, clients, and other

personnel throughout the campaign process

Monitor the Brand Ambassador boards/charts to ensure our ambassadors and

Influencers are getting the information they need to be successful

Create and manage marketing emails (campaigns and flows)

Create email campaigns to grow our ambassador and influencers programs and keep

our existing community engaged

Continuously look for event opportunities to get the ARO's name out there

Help the Social media manager on creating a winning social media strategy to build

ARO's cause awareness and increase exposure through ambassadors and influencers

Here’s What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Advertising, Business Marketing, or related field

3+ years of Marketing/Ambassador experience (Experience with Non-profits is a plus)

Must be available to volunteer 25+ hours a week

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized

Skills in writing and pitching with a natural ability to negotiate

A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, and is a self-starter

Collaborative nature and confidence in performance

Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, startup environment, and

adjust to new priorities as needed

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
