Velvet Caviar is looking for a rockstar Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for activating private label brand collabs, launching paid influencer promotions, and overseeing our influencer marketing team. You’ll play a critical role in the brand’s continued growth considering the importance collaborations have in social media marketing. The ideal candidate is driven, thinks creatively, plans strategically, and is an amazing team leader. This is a great opportunity to join a successful brand, positioned for explosive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Close deals with brands interested in Velvet Caviar private label products
  • Close deals with brands for co-branded product collaborations & licensing
  • Collaborate with product team for private label & co-branded product development
  • Activate influencer promotions, close deals, and manage campaigns
  • Manage influencer marketing team & oversee gifting campaigns
  • Provide monthly & quarterly reports on initiatives above

Requirements:

  • Experience in private label, licensing, co-brand collaborations
  • Experience in influencer marketing and paid campaigns
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant major
  • Persistent work ethic with a strong motivation to grow
  • Strong communication and sales development skills
  • Good knowledge of direct response marketing
  • Strategic marketer with new & creative concepts
  • Strong multi-tasker with tight project timelines
  • Effective team leader and project manager
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with Google Drive & Excel
