Senior Account Executive, Influencer Marketing

Fearless? Expert problem solver? Data-minded? Love to collaborate and WIN? This role is for you. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive, Influencer Marketing to join our growing New York Digital team.

This role will sit in a fast-paced, high-energy setting based in our New York office. The ideal candidate will help drive Zeno Group's accounts and influencer engagement, paid social and measurement. Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting concepts and developing proposals, delivering clear POVs on digital trends and mining strategic work and data for consumer.

Responsibilities

• Help to lead strategy across multiple influencer campaigns, from one-off executions to long term, relationship-based programs
• Work with influencers to create engaging, authentic, branded content
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers across a variety of health topics and therapeutic areas, including patient and KOL
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers across a variety of consumer topics including CPG brands and technology
• Assist in the building of new business presentation
• Lead and run accounts with direct client management
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, influencers and trends
  

Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law
• At least 3 years of digital/social marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• A strong understanding of Influencer Marketing by topic area and social media platform including contracting, content development and measurement
• A collaborative spirit and thriving in a close team environment
• A fierce problem solver
• Organization, managing time effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and a results driven mentality
• Strong client management skills with the ability to understand business needs and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans
• Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail, including drafting contracts, negotiating fees, collaborating with team members to execute, and following through
• Seamlessly able to work closely with planning and creative internal teams to drive business outcomes
• Expert grasp of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat
• Basic knowledge of paid social and optimization
• A budding master presenter
