THE OPPORTUNITY

Spearhead the dedicated TikTok division of a hugely successful international influencer & talent agency. Joining the LA office, you will help build the agency's TikTok digital talent proposition from the ground up.

THE JOB

  • Smoothly coordinate and manage your talent day-to-day work commitments
  • Target and onboard new and exciting TikTok talent to join your roster
  • Identify commercial opportunities (e.g. new brand partnerships, revenue streams) for talent
  • Build and maintain an ever-growing network of industry contacts
  • Work with a Talent Coordinator to deliver strategic talent management to your roster
  • You'll have an expert knowledge of the TikTok platform - continuously aware of new viral trends
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple talent schedules at once
