Who We’re Looking For

Therabody is seeking a TikTok Content & Community Manager to support our global social media and influencer marketing teams. This person will be responsible for the overall daily management and workflow of TikTok, including content creation for the brand TikTok account, support with influencer content creation, execution of campaigns and community management to drive engagement and deliver against business goals.

This role requires experience with TikTok content production and creation, both for Therabody and working with content creators on branded content. This role will own TikTok from start to finish, working the the social and influencer teams to concept and produce content aligned with strategic initiatives, product launches and campaigns. This includes the ability to identify and create engaging video content, produce sounds and trends on TikTok, often reacting to trends in real time to build Therabody’s presence on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Support the global social media team with daily posting, content creation and community management of Therabody’s TikTok channel
  • Ideate and create TikTok content to boost brand awareness, support core products, new product launches, brand campaigns and other initiatives
  • Foster relationships with audience, creators, and consumers on TikTok
  • Daily communication with cross-functional team members, agencies and content creators as needed
  • Writing copy and captions for TikTok content, maintaining Therabody’s voice in a social-friendly manner, and ensuring information is educationally accurate and legally compliant
  • Publish and maintain regular posting cadence and daily community management
  • Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media features, platforms and/or technology
  • Monitor, measure and analyze content performance and KPIs
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Research platform best practices, creator communities, and emerging trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, influencer, PR, retail, education, ecomm and creative, amongst others
  • Stay up-to-date with trending topics and viral hashtags, and communicating to the team

The Right Person Would Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field(s)
  • Minimum 1-year of experience working in social media, ideally on TikTok, and working with content creators/influencers
  • Natural authentic story-telling and visual communicator with a genuine love for social media, content and wellness
  • Experience ideating and creating social media content, monitoring and adapting to trends in real time
  • Experience with social media community management
  • Experience with Tribe Dynamics, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social and/or other social/influencer marketing software
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations; must be organized, forward-thinking with the ability to simultaneously plan ahead and remain nimble
  • Team player who maintains composure in high pressure and fast-paced situations
  • Ability to identify and track relevant social KPIs
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) skills, both internally and externally with agencies and content creators
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
