Xtreme Fighting Championships, Inc. (XFC) is the first publicly traded premium international Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) organization, trading under the ticker symbol DKMR.

XFC, The Next Generation of MMA.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager who has experience with sports marketing to support our team, growing and diversifying our audience. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's social media platforms, including, but limited to, developing engaging content, designing eye-catching graphics, coordinating cross-promotions with other social media platforms, e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., interacting with fans/followers to build customer relations and keeping up to date on current events. Manage outreach to influencers to grow social platforms with ongoing collaborations and all other office related duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze our current social media strategy and make appropriate suggested improvements
  • Meet with leadership daily
  • Analyze and define an appropriate posting schedule across each social media channel
  • Schedule and post content as per defined schedule
  • Grow followers and increase engagement across all social media channels
  • Be familiar with and able to troubleshoot new social media platforms
  • Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes
  • Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences
  • Support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans
  • Provide analysis and recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed
  • Administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of the company’s social media strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate social media results in coordination with client goals and benchmarks
  • Communication to team and management on status, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and development. Specific attention to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Tiktok.
  • Pay-per-click Ad Campaign Setup & Management
  • Under the direction of our Creative Director, set up campaigns and ad sets in Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Write compelling ad copy
  • Manage campaign performance and flag issues and opportunities for review

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a social media manager
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of and experience in sporting event marketing
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and software (e.g. Upfluence)
  • Proficient in graphic desgin

Travel

  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to attend monthly fights in various locations throughout the U.S.
