Mighty is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to create and execute on marketing programs that bring more kids and parents into the Mighty Community.

As Head of Growth Marketing, the work you do to expand Mighty’s reach will have a big impact on our mission to empower kids through entrepreneurship. You will work across multiple acquisition channels, including paid, partnership/ influencers, social, PR, SEO/ Content, and referrals to drive acquisition and optimize CAC. You will be supported with the budget to build a team of contractors and have the potential to build a team of direct reports in the future.

You will report to the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer and partner closely with the Senior Manager of Community Experience, your counterpart in driving retention and engagement. Our team is based in NYC and we generally work 4 days from the office with Endless Summer Fridays (Fridays WFH and offline by mid -afternoon).

Responsibilities

  • Create a multi-channel acquisition strategy that leverages data, user insights, competitive analysis and stakeholder feedback
  • Forecast acquisition outcomes and the budget required to achieve them
  • Analyze the efficacy of activities and consistently iterate to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost
  • Identify high-impact acquisition partners including influencers, craft deals and secure partnerships
  • Identify and manage contractors as needed to provide channel-specific support across paid, PR, and SEO/ Content
  • Communicate strategy, results, and insights clearly to all stakeholders to inform cross-functional work on the team

About You

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with proven results acquiring customers and driving down CAC
  • Hands-on experience developing partnership and influencer marketing programs (you’re a hustler who isn’t afraid to do cold outreach, sell someone on working with us and get a deal done)
  • Strong understanding of the economics and mechanics of paid marketing, PR, partnerships, SEO, and referrals
  • Very comfortable using data to make decisions
  • Very comfortable acting quickly with limited information and continuously experimenting
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
