We’re looking to bring on a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in the growth of the brand through owning the development and expansion of our established media channels primarily focused on influencer and podcast as well as focus on our growing and expanding list of emerging channels such as TikTok, Twitch, Pinterest, and more.
In this role, you will be overseeing a team of specialists with the opportunity to further build the team as the company continues to grow. The core focus of this role will be to manage and guide the strategic direction of our podcast and influencer programs, optimize to improve efficiency and scale potential, and identify and test into new opportunities to drive growth for the business.
This is a direct-response marketing role with the primary goal of driving sales efficiently and at scale.
Here’s an example of how you might spend a day in this role:
- Work directly with your team to oversee existing emerging media programs
- Oversee the identification and vetting process of new emerging media partnerships
- Be the primary lead across a robust measurement and analytics system directly tied to the performance of the programs
- Work directly with senior leadership to identify and lead initiatives that directly tie to the performance of the Helix business
- Landing page and on-site conversion rate optimization and testing
- Own relationship management with external emerging media partners
- Continuously monitor industry trends and pivot quickly
- Test into emerging technologies and new opportunities as they arise
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience within a relevant marketing role. Podcast and influencer marketing experience preferred but not required
- Advanced analytics capabilities in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for in-depth data analysis (SQL and/or business intelligence tool experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or analytically oriented degree preferred but not required)
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and own a project
- Extremely strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work
- Superb communication skills and patience with others
- Strong experience leveraging data to analyze performance, create insights, and optimize campaigns
- Motivated self-starter with hunger to independently drive projects forward
