The role:

Ridge Growth Agency is looking for a motivated, self-starter with experience in influencer marketing and partnerships. This role is responsible for overseeing TikTok advertising content creation and campaign performance. You should work well with autonomy and also enjoy the creative and analytical problem-solving required to drive a brand's growth online.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage content creators to develop advertising content for client campaigns on TikTok
  • Deploy that content on TikTok via paid media
  • Analyze KPIs and creative assets in order to optimize and improve performance
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of paid advertising or influencer marketing experience
  • Previous experience at an agency or e-commerce brand
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Creative thinker
