ITP Live is a global influencer marketing agency with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Beirut, London, Mumbai and Los Angeles. Launched in Dubai as part of ITP Media Group in 2017, ITP Live became the Middle East’s largest influencer marketing agency and expanded globally to 6 new markets to date. ITP Live has aggressive expansion plans in 2022/2023 to grow the Los Angeles team, and launch more offices in Jeddah, Cairo and New York.

ITP Live is looking for the right skilled professional to lead the LA operations and help achieve ITP Live’s vision of becoming the most powerful influencer marketing agency in the world.

ITP Live is looking for a Influencer Marketing Director to lead the business and set up the Los Angeles operations. The candidate will have an integral part of setting the strategy and growth plan of the LA office as well as be responsible for identifying, developing and executing new opportunities that helps its local and global growth. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing new business as well as consistently managing and growing existing relationships.

Candidate will report directly to the ITP Live Leadership in the Dubai head office. Candidate has to be self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with unrivalled professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build & Maintain US based Talent relationships:

  • Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, publicists, managers, digital talent and celebrities
  • Represent ITP Live and ITP Media Group’s various brands with US based talent
  • Negotiate commercial opportunities with US based talent for executions with ITP Live’s global clients through the different offices
  • Negotiate editorial opportunities for US based talent on ITP Media Group brands

- Build US based brand relationships:

  • Build relationships with brands and agencies (media & pr) in the U.S.
  • Represent ITP Live influencers and LA based influencers with the brand
  • Secure brand partnerships and activations for ITP Live influencers and other influencers who have global relationships with ITP Live’s different offices, LA at the forefront

- Own US based media relationships:

  • Build relationships with media outlets across Hollywood, LA and others
  • Represent ITP Live influencers and help build there profiles in US based media outlets
  • Help build the profiles of ITP Live’s exclusive roster of talent across media outlets in LA (Cinema, Magazines, etc.)

- Collaborate Globally:

  • Work cross-functionally with teams in Dubai, India and KSA to support with campaign briefs and talent needs. Teams include ITP Media Publications, ITP Create, ITP Gaming and other ITP Live Teams

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in influencer marketing and brand partnership

• An existing roster of industry relationships

• Entrepreneurial zeal and creative flair in order to achieve new business wins and build a team

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining efficiency and accuracy

• The skillset to build decks, review social insights and manage campaigns

• Strong relationships with talent agencies and digital talent

• Strong track record of revenue generation through brand partnerships

• A desire to travel internationally and attend social events and functions

• A willingness to work within multiple time zones as needed
