Job Description

This position drives the development and implementation of the social media influencer strategy at T-Mobile. This position will help drive creative and strategic campaigns through influencer marketing to help drive awareness and engagement of the brand. This role will own T-Mobile’s influencer program across many industries and target audiences, including micro & macro influencers and content creators. The ideal candidate will effectively build strong relationships with influencers that can grow brand reach through content creation, brand amplification and education of T-Mobile’s benefits and points of differentiation. You will lead and optimize influencer campaigns performance to discover areas of customer growth through testing on major social channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and more), with different types of creative (images, videos, short and long form content, etc), and through audience segmentation/targeting.

Responsibilities

  • Strategizes and leads the development of social media influencer programs that support T-Mobile’s goals and customers to build brand’s visibility, engagement, credibility, and consideration.
  • Consults with cross-functional social teams who are seeking ways to leverage social media influencers within their programs; provides guidance, expert advice and a strategy that fits within overall brand social strategy.
  • Identifies new and relevant influencer relationships and brainstorms new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Manages day-to-day with influencers, including all communication, campaign briefings, and content approvals.
  • Develops metrics, quantifiers and ROI for creating measurable goals and tracking success of influencers to evaluate value and optimize for future campaigns.
  • Leads contract negotiation with influencers, including scope of work, timeline and deliverables.
  • Stays current with social media influencer trends and incorporates into strategy as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with internal (legal, PR, etc) teams to negotiate agreements and amplify impact.
  • Strategically evolves influencer program to align with brand goals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 Years: Owning influencer partnerships that support campaigns and content across several social teams, LOBs or product lines. 4-7 Years: Partnering extensively across brand/marketing, PR, care, exec social and other teams. 4-7 Years: Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Social Media and/or Public Relations function for a large corporation or agency. 4-7 Years: Wireless or Mobile experience or heavy knowledge of the space is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Communications, Marketing, Business, PR or related field (preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work.
