Compensation: $41,000 to $72,000 Annually

SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator for our corporate office in New York City. The role is responsible for supporting the marketing team in coordination and promotion of experience based activations, as well as new clinic opening events, while growing our digital and social presence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media/Influencers:

· Assist with strategy, planning, and execution of content for Kindbody on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels

· Manage community relationships and engages with consumers across social channels

· Manage the creation of social media assets in partnership with creative team

· Create synergies between PR and social media by generating organic, relevant content

· Build out our influencer marketing strategy driving strategic relationships with influencers and key partners

· Research and implement proper software/tools to help manage ongoing social media

Events:

· Manage timelines, conference agendas, attendance strategy, content, speaker preparation, and other programs details and production schedules as required

· Coordinate with other teams, including creative, operations, clinical, product, tech, etc. providing clear direction to maximize integrated efforts and event program execution

· Manage event ROI tracking process and partner with operations to develop and improve ROI reporting capabilities

· Support new clinic launch activities, including relevant influencers & partnerships, and opening launch events

· Collaborate with internal teams (creative, clinical & sales) on event invitations and event reminders

PR & Comms:

· Support in list and segmentation creation in CRM

· Daily media monitoring for Kindbody

· Write and proofread media materials, including but not limited to press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, and talking points

· Management and maintenance of media lists

· Actively follow fertility industry news to identify trends and opportunities

· Develop and submit speaking proposals for key conferences and events

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's or above in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Communications, or related field

· At least 1-2+ years related full-time experience

· Experience with media relations and using Cision to build media lists

· Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

· Experience in event production

· Excellent communication and writing skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Creative and energetic personality

· Team player with a "no problem too small" attitude

· High level of accountability, proven track record of ownership and problem solving
