Senior Campaign/Digital Marketing Manager - $10,000 Hiring Bonus
Bio-Rad is looking for a highly motivated, experienced campaign manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that activate, inspire, convert, and delight our customers and contribute to business revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a wide breadth of experience in digital marketing with the expertise to successfully manage campaigns from the identification of personas, development of tactical plans to the measurement and optimization of campaign elements to achieve business goals.
This position is eligible for $10,000 HIRING BONUS:
Bonus offered for a limited time only.
Bonus applicable to specific positions as labeled.
Bonus recipients must be employed at the time of payout.
Bonus payout after 30 days of employment with Bio-Rad.
Bonus offered to direct hires only. Agency hires and internal transfers are not eligible.
12 months repayment clause.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to translate business goals and objectives into meaningful integrated campaign strategies, messaging and content that deliver customer engagement, leads and revenue.
- Employ a mix of campaign tactics including but not limited to, multi-channel digital programs, SEM, social, video, content marketing, events and third-party advertising.
- Partner with product managers and the extended marketing team to build and implement segment-specific marketing campaign strategy and design campaigns utilizing audience segmentation and persona-based targeting.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content for both on and off-line channels.
- Establishes and maintains systems and processes needed for campaign planning, development, launch, and tracking.
- Coordinates activities across product groups and marketing teams to find areas to collaborate and to keep message consistent.
- Delivers and is accountable for detailed budgets, plans, and timelines for campaigns.
- Designs measurable campaigns, analyzes performance, creates, and delivers regular KPI dashboards, and recommends improvements to achieve financial and lead acquisition goals to ensure strong return on investment.
- Stays current on trends in digital, content, and influencer marketing to inform strategy and to identify new ways to grow our customer database.
- Work cross functionally with product management, demand generation, UX and regional marketing to develop and deploy impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Communications, Marketing or a relevant field, MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience (digital marketing, marketing and/or campaign planning, management and execution). Experience in a commercial role, such as sales or field marketing or support, a plus.
- Exceptional communication, organization, analytical, digital and project management skills with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, experience with Tableau, PowerBI Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams to complete tasks on time and within budget without authority.
- Comfortable with establishing and navigating processes and managing projects and being able to pivot rapidly when needed to address urgent business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; Must have an enthusiastic attitude and leadership presence with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong writing and copy-editing skills (e.g., compelling/engaging campaign messaging, content, web copy, email copy, etc).
- Fluent in marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM applications (SFDC); Comfortable learning new applications as needed.
- Knowledgeable in SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing tactics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in the following required: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
