The Opportunity
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for driving customer engagement, brand affinity, and reach across various social platforms through innovative and engaging social media content and campaigns. Working with cross functional teams, you will manage the creative process and campaign execution, while analyzing performance to ensure that we continue to provide our audience with innovative and engaging content.

Your Impact
- Execute holistic Social Media strategy and plans to meet/exceed program goals, such as engagement, brand awareness/affinity, and follower growth.
- Work with Social Media platforms and internal cross-functional teams to execute campaign strategies; this includes managing creative process, campaign execution, gathering images and assets needed.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure that all assets are on brand and received promptly.
- Maintain social media calendar. Responsible for content creation, copywriting, scheduling and publishing content.
- Works with cross-functional teams including Broadcast, Talent, Content and platform teams to create content.
- Analyze daily, weekly & monthly reporting to inform strategy across all social platforms; actively monitor social pages for content & community building opportunities.
- Partner with Broadcast and Talent team for opportunities to integrate content in the digital experience across all platforms
- Partner with Business Unit Account Specialists and coordinators for all promos, offer updates, and planning.
What You Bring
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2 plus years’ business experience in social media, influencer marketing, and/or public relations.
- Experience managing influencer marketing or publicity programs is preferred.
- Digital native with strong familiarity and experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the social media industry and trends.
- Experience conceptualizing and executing new content strategies.
- Strong decision-making, time management & planning skill.
- Knowledge of social media calendar and scheduling platforms (Airtable, Curalate, Hootsuite, etc.) a plus.
- Experience as a content creator natively producing content for TikTok, IG Reels, as well as photography & Photoshop strongly preferred.
