The Digital Marketing & Influencer Coordinator is focused on planning and executing social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns, as well as handling Influencer Partnerships. This role reports directly to the Digital Brands Coordinator. This position interacts heavily with the Digital Marketing Graphic Designer for content creation and design.

Responsibilities & Duties

Coordinates social media initiatives across multiple platforms, including:

  • Creates and maintains a social media calendar to plan posts
  • Plans posts around special events, holidays, and influencer campaigns
  • Develops strategies to increase engagement and traffic

Leads Influencer Marketing Efforts, Including

  • Finds new influencers to partner with based on consumer demographics
  • Plans campaigns with Influencers, along with help from the Digital Team
  • Tracks progress and reports on KPIs of campaigns

Coordinates Email Marketing Initiatives, Including

  • Creates and maintains an email marketing calendar
  • Develops new and improved email marketing campaigns
  • Organizes and coordinates campaign launches
  • Tracks progress and reports on KPIs of campaigns
  • Works to grow our email contact lists

Some role in content creation for social media, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives

Answers consumer inquiries in the ecommerce customer sector

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma required
  • Continuing education preferred
  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing preferred
  • 1+ year experience in social media marketing preferred
