... are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Wasserman. This role is perfect for someone who is early in their career in human resources and/or recruiting. You will support the team across a variety of programs and projects, including the spring, summer, and fall internship program, recruiting team support, and assistance in sourcing and screening candidates for entry level roles.

This position will begin remote and will be based in Brooklyn, New York or Los Angeles, California once offices reopen.

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the Intern Committee and Recruiting, manage the administrative details for the spring, summer, and fall internship program. Specifically, you will oversee the job ad posting, interview scheduling, offer letter management, communications with the intern applicants including initial screening calls, and ongoing communications with the Intern Committee.
  • Support the recruiting team which is comprised of 3 full-time recruiters across a variety of areas including candidate outreach/scheduling (as needed), maintain current job postings on the ATS
  • Manage the offer letter process including drafting, review and submission to VP Recruiting for signature
  • Manage internal filing process for all new hires
  • Manage administrative duties including scheduling, tracking, status reports, etc.
  • Manage/update the candidate pipeline
  • Assist in screening and assessing full time candidates for entry level positions
  • Assist with other HR-related projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years’ experience working in HR, recruiting, or administrative responsibilities preferably at an integrated marketing/advertising agency
  • Familiarity with Workable or other applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
