GRIN is looking for an experienced and professional Sr. Technical Recruiter(or Technical Recruiter) to join our growing company. You’ll use your technical and recruiting expertise to source highly qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with department leaders in Engineering, Product, and Design to grow their teams. GRIN has rapidly grown in the last 8 months from 65 employees to 240+ while maintaining an extreme focus on culture. Essential Functions:

  • Recruit Top Talent - Ensure that GRIN is bringing in high caliber and diverse talent to achieve our aggressive growth targets
  • Leading the full-cycle recruiting of technical roles (engineering, product, design, data, etc.)
  • High volume outreach/sourcing and screening of qualified candidates
  • Screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing the interview process for candidates
  • Provide information on job opportunities and company culture to potential applicants in one-on-one conversations in order to increase the rate of qualified candidates to job postings
  • Play an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by partnering with hiring managers to understand their teams needs and growth targets
