Job Title: Senior Strategist

Location: Remote, WFH anywhere!

Salary: $80k-$90k

Working timezone: EST




The Goat Agency is the global leading Influencer Marketing Agency. We are looking for a new Senior Strategist to join our Creative & Strategy team to help us in coming up with the best creative ideas and social strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world, alongside helping to develop other members of the team.

This role will suit candidates who are great managers, innovative thinkers, have strong writing skills, the ability to visualize and communicate ideas and natives in the world of social media & influencers.




Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing influencer & social media strategies for a wide range of clients and needs
  • Brainstorming creative ideas for influencer & social media campaign activations
  • Writing pitch winning presentations, both collaboratively and independently
  • Researching and applying insights, data and statistics to support creative & strategy
  • Attending and contributing to internal strategy briefing meetings and brainstorms
  • Attending client meetings and pitches when required (with experience)
  • Reviewing presentations / proposals in detail to catch grammatical and design errors
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the world of social media, staying up to date with social media trends, influencers, platform updates and wider creative advertising




Required skills and experience to apply:


  • 4+ years in brand marketing strategy with Social Media and/or digital
  • Strong written, communication and note-taking skills
  • Generally tech-savvy, working remotely (on Mac OS)
  • Native user of various Social Media Platforms with a strong understanding of each
  • An eye for design or design experience very useful
  • Relevant degree or work experience
  • Any previous experience working in a client-facing role is advantageous
  • Any specific interests relevant to our work, for example including: gaming, sport, fashion, tech, travel, food & drink, sustainability etc.




Software specific:


  • Powerpoint / Google Slides (essential)
  • Adobe Photoshop (useful)
  • Excel / Google Sheets (useful)
