✨ The Mission of This Role

The mission of the Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager is to cultivate a huge, passionate, influential, and profitable set of influencers to evangelize on behalf of Rasa—and build a multimillion-dollar channel doing so.

✨ Accountabilities

You will be accountable for the following areas of the business:

  1. Develop our influencer strategy.
  2. Own our influencer channel
  3. Own our in-house affiliate / ambassador program.
  4. Manage influencer budgets.
  5. Maximize long-term collaboration.

✨ Outcomes

How will we know, with measurable clarity, whether you are doing an A-level job? What will the results be, what will we have achieved? What will it feel like?

  1. Build a team that creates a 7-digit (and eventually 8-digit) influencer channel.
  2. Grow our in-house affiliate / ambassador program.
  3. Drive our strategic testing process, comfortable with norm-breaking creative thinking (we like breaking norms around here.)
  4. Build and manage an effective and cost-efficient team to scale your influencer channel.
  5. Establish benchmarks and clear reporting to leadership.

  • You will have minimum 2-3 years experience within a 7+ digit influencer marketing operation.

  • You love creating real relationships with people that you may never meet, via social media.
