Fabletics is looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Media, Paid Search, TV and Affiliate.

The Senior Manager, Performance Media will play a pivotal role in the growth of Fabletics by leading the customer acquisition campaigns across paid search, TV and affiliate channels, and delivering to the target customer acquisition cost, media payback, and LTV’s through expert management of the media buying stategy and tactics

We are looking for a business-savvy Performance Marketer, who is ready for a challenge. Passionate about, and engaged with the fast-changing world of paid media and performance marketing. This candidate is experienced working on other large scale industry-leading eCommerce brands, and has sound working knowledge of key biddable platforms including Adwords, SA/DB360, affiliate platforms, TV (linear and OTT) and the wider programmatic media-buying ecosystem including Youtube, TradeDesk, and beyond.

This position will leverage platform, site, and a robust suite of supplemental creative and tactic data sets, to gather insights to inform and fine-tune our paid customer acquisition efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Acquisition Marketing, the Sr. Manager of Performance Media will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of paid media managers focusing on growing revenue and customer acquisition and will act as the expert for our brands in their Paid Search, TV and Affiliate strategy. They will be accountable for driving the success of Paid Search, Display, Youtube, Shopping, TV and Affiliate tactics through both internal education and external thought leadership. 

This role will be based in LA.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a multi-million dollar media budget allocated to paid search, TV, display, and affiliate channels and drive results to achieve Fabletics’ aggressive VIP acquisition targets across all brands
  • Build, from scratch, and lead the account management team responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of media across channels to be at the top of their game – setting up effective campaigns and allocating dollars where they work the hardest and developing the team to be the best-in-class
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director, Acquisition Marketing and the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and continue to evolve the paid search, TV and affiliate strategy for Fabletics Women’s and Mens’
  • Act as a point of escalations for broad and complex business and stakeholder issues that require additional analysis and leadership 
  • Prioritize and develop a strong relationships with our key brand stakeholders, as well as acquisition/CRM, marketing, creative/studio, and product executives within Fabletics’ brand teams
  • Build a strong relationship with key media partners, including Google as well as agency partners to maintain and grow access and resources that help us stay on the cutting edge of media buying practices and tactics.
  • Ensure rigorous campaign set up and naming to ensure integrity of data that feeds timely and relevant reporting to track and measure results
  • Partner with brand creative and product teams focused on acquisition experiences on websites, to ensure that Fabletics is innovating the end-to-end experience for new leads and dominating the performance creative game across industries and verticals.
  • Collaborate and partner with global leaders in other media channels (Paid Social, Influencer Marketing) to capture and share learnings, and ensure cohesive and complementary campaign strategies.
  • Develop strategies for expanding reach and finding efficiencies in current tactics and strategies
  • Lead initiatives to implement and standardize processes with centralized cross-functional teams and brand stakeholders alike.
  • Collaborate with Media Measurement and brand stakeholders to develop and execute channel strategies and build out thorough test-and-learn agendas.
  • Analyze robust data sets to identify trends and provide insights to guide campaign optimization, and channel strategy.
  • Responsible for reporting weekly and monthly business forecasts to leadership with accuracy.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ Years of Experience: We don’t care what fancy school you went to or what degree is on your resume. Just show us how you’ve successfully managed performance media budgets of $50M+, and successfully scaled paid media campaigns to drive revenue and customer acquisition
  • 3 Years of Management Experience: You should already know how to hire, inspire, lead and keep a team of smart people. How to foster an inclusive and high-trust environment.
  • Experience in Complex D2C eCommerce Marketing: Our membership model, proprietary site and retail technology, and robust data warehouses won’t just demand this, but require it, along with adaptability and a sharp learning curve.
  • Soft Leadership Skills: You need to be exceptional at interpersonal and relationship skills – managing up, down and across the organization. The great news is that you own the budget -- but success requires collaboration outside the direct reporting structure (think ad copy, marketing offers, landing pages, analytics, etc).
  • Superior Executive Communication Skills: Whether verbal, written or powerpoint, you’ll need to be able to sell complex concepts to senior executives while also being able to engage knowledgeable marketing experts as peers.
  • Strong Intuition and Drive: Search is a fast-changing media space. You need a track record of staying ahead of the latest in attribution, marketing tech, and search-engine innovations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
  • Skilled and interested in translating data into actionable insights, and high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative and scrappy mindset
  • Ability to own and manage media budgets upwards of $50MM a year
