The Role

The Influencer Growth Manager will grow our Influencer channels and optimize their performance across our brand portfolio. You will have direct impact to P&L and significant exposure to the management team.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with influencers for content and marketing purposes
  • Work on internal processes to further expand the above, while working with social and creative to make sure their content needs are met
  • Test and learn the key niches that our products fit into and areas to expand our reach
  • Test and learn to drive a successful ROI on influencer partnerships

Requirements

  • Experience managing Influencer partnerships within an e-commerce environment
  • Experience with Influencer marketing, ideally including through platforms like TikTok and Twitch and instagram
  • Understanding of incrementality and ability to drive incremental sales from Influencer relationships
  • Analytically driven and “good with numbers”
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to ask “why”
  • Interested in digital marketing trends and growth tactics

Preferences

  • Prior entrepreneurial experience (failed or small, it’s still a plus!)
  • Experience growing and developing new processes in house
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • Strong analytical skills
