ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Prestige Marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build ground-breaking marketing and commercial programs to delight our customers & consumers, bring bold ideas to life, and deliver our business objectives. The core focus is on efficient execution of business plans in order to meet brand expectations and targets, ensure brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions, develop and execute offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.

The Brand Manager strikes a balance in ensuring all branding and key information strategies are in line with overall business strategy without compromising the brand’s integrity.

In this full-time role, you will report to the Brand Director – Prestige Brands.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Recommend strategies to position the brand for growth
  • Conduct business, brand, and category analyses to understand sales trends, customer trends and all elements affecting the business to provide recommendations on how to improve business/brand performance
  • Develop marketing partnership with retailers, media partners, and other external partners to support hero base business products and new launches
  • Develop strategy and execute owned media programs (social, website)
  • Own and management of the brand budget, ensuring an effective and economical allocation of resources.
  • Design and supervise content such as artwork, print and digital media

Collaboration & Analytics

  • Collaborate and liaison between cross-functional partners (demand planning, product supply, global marketing, sales, influencer marketing, and education) to ensure integrated campaigns and cohesive strategies
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure that all media plans are aligned with the business’s values and goals, are executed on-time and on-budget.

The Brand Manager performs other tasks as designated by the Director of Marketing

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Undergraduate degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred)
  • 3 – 5 Years of corporate marketing experience Required
  • Digitally savvy
  • Passionate about Beauty
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Bias to action to deliver projects complete and on-time, with ability to motivate others to support
  • Strong ownership and accountability - able to roll-up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Positive, ‘can do’ energy and team-oriented
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint (an absolute must!), Word, Excel (also a must!) and related software skills to create verbal and visually engaging brand materials, reports, and presentations
