The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and contribute to comprehensive PR and marketing plans and strategies
  • Manage PR campaigns; including planning, pitching, and summarizing results
  • Draft and review press materials
  • Proactively secure byline opportunities
  • Research industry trends and develop pitches for media
  • Work with executives to craft compelling submissions to secure speaking roles
  • Work with the Marketing team and HR to share news within the company
  • Work with account leadership to provide post-event ROI analysis
  • Establish and foster relationships with key media organizations and event organizers

What we’re looking for;

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong relationships with reporters in the cryptocurrency sector
  • Experience conducting media outreach
  • Demonstrated expert level of writing, bringing a portfolio of secured placements
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Extreme sensitivity to and respect for working in confidentiality
  • Agency experience
  • Crypto experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Positive attitude
  • Interest in working in the cryptocurrency industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
