Work You'll Do

The Marketing Coordinator is the information hub within the Deloitte Digital Australia team and across all of Deloitte Digital Australia studios, responsible for flawless project management and facilitating collaboration between agency teams and outside partners. Their main focus is to oversee the basic support functions for the agency marketing team and to drive the internal processes. The Agency is your client. The Marketing Coordinator will report into the Head of Marketing for the studios. In your role, you will support:

Deloitte Digital

  • Deloitte Digital Australia Brand Governance
  • Support on any project management, meeting recaps, meeting facilitation
  • Understand the Deloitte Digital Australia brand guidelines and become an expert on the brands rules and regulations
  • Deloitte Digital Australia Media/Advertising
  • Support on any project management, meeting recaps, meeting facilitation
  • Deloitte Digital Australia and Deloitte Studios Awards
  • Project management and support the award show process and submissions with various teams (account/creative/strategy) across all of DD and Deloitte Studios to execute award show submissions and case studies
  • Liaise with the award organizers for any questions
  • Hold all departments accountable and on schedule
  • Can provide QA of all materials before submission
  • Connectivity between all offices
  • Maintain the overall marketing budget day to day activities and follow-ups
  • Maintain award show tracker

Deloitte Studios

  • Provide overall project management support across all of Deloitte Studios marketing efforts, including PR, events/webinars, sponsorships, awards, case studies, social media and the website. This person will work synergistically with all departments and across all offices. They are air traffic control for all external (and some internal) agency communication touch points.
  • Maintain an evergreen marketing status document and provide detailed, organizational support for all projects. Responsible for any updates and distribution prior to monthly marketing status.
  • Traffic work internally and ensure approvals before releasing
  • Schedule internal and agency partner meetings
  • Liaise with Deloitte Studios GM's or account leads to obtain PR input doc, setup internal and external calls and coordinate the reviews and approvals of all PR content
  • Support to secure speaking/panel opportunities for thought leaders and ensure they're supported (including but not limited to calendar invites, event briefings, PR briefings, content management etc)
  • Provide support for any internal event or sponsorship activations, including booking conference rooms, ordering food, working with creative to develop signage etc.
  • Maintain a weekly/monthly social content calendar
  • Support the development of social media copy and posts, secure approvals from leadership and/or clients and upload all approved PR, agency work and content to Heat or Deloitte Digital's owned media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Locate appropriate resources for posting, content, strategy development, paid support etc if needed.
  • Support the internal communications for Deloitte Studios, including gathering materials for newsletters, DNET updates, Yammer, all agency emails etc

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience within the advertising environment
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and positive attitude
  • Highly polished, organized and process-oriented with a flawless attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task with a proven ability to efficiently manage quick-turnaround projects
  • Willingness to take direction and desire to learn
  • Flexibility, circumstances can change very quickly
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Social and digital media savvy, up to date on current digital trends and behaviors within age demographic
  • Critical thinker with ability to identify potential problems and resolve them independently or know when to escalate to the Head of Marketing
  • Must be able to follow through on assignments with a sense of accountability
  • Enthusiasm for understanding the Deloitte Digital and Heat model and look for ways to integrate and collaborate within the firm
