About the role:

This position is responsible for supporting the work of the influencer marketing department with on-time delivery of accurate, effective brand and product materials.

The Influencer Marketing Strategist is responsible for supporting Influencer production for client roster. This position is responsible for influencer strategy development, campaign execution and securing coverage. This person also supports creative campaign ideation and compelling communication in an effort to build, maintain and grow a client’s reputation, credibility and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the drafting and completion of influencer materials, ensuring they are aligned with client goals
  • Possesses strong foundation of influencer relationships and a firm understanding of all possible activation verticals and categories as well as social channels.
  • Leads by example in staying on top of industry and influencer news and trends
  • Executes Influencer outreach and regularly slated paid influencers for formal partnerships
  • Writes and edits copy with keen eye for detail
  • Responds to all client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Training and managing interns and part time staff
  • Maintains accurate Hourstack and Asana on a daily basis
  • Contributes regularly to creative brainstorms
  • Able to complete delegated tasks with little supervision, offer help on other tasks when time allows
  • Closes the loop on assignments and notify team members when action items are complete
  • Maintains positive client relationships which contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
  • Mastering Reporting and Storytelling
  • Take on ownership of key accounts and overall strategy
  • Hit PPE & RPE success metric
  • Responsible for ideation, development, and management of channel initiatives (can execute on 80% of dept deliverables)
  • Collaborate cross channel with account team
  • Monthly reporting, strategy sessions with the client, owning overall communication for all channel initiatives with no support needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Influencer Marketing space (not inclusive of internships)
  • Understanding of both the paid and organic influencer marketing spaces and how they relate to the digital marketing funnel
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with a range of Influencer Content Management Systems, and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong understanding of social platform analytics, marketing analytics & ROI.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with social media (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat and Twitter) and online content, and evidence of a developed social media/web presence.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and experience with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of multiple categories and verticals of consumer products such as CPG, beauty, health/wellness, fitness, fashion, lifestyle and beyond.
  • Self-Starter, possesses ability to act and operate efficiently and independently to accomplish objectives.
  • Strong time management skills with core understanding of, or openness to, workflow among a portfolio of clients and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with FTC guidelines and Agreement negotiations
