Main purpose of the Influencer Relations Manager role:
This is a full time role for a candidate who will Manage the brand’s paid influencer program and secure strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, social engagement and revenue.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Identify and negotiate dynamic, 360 influencer partnerships to meet social, revenue and marketing goals
Strategically evolve influencer program to align with brand goals and growth initiatives
Drive influencer content strategy in tandem with cross functional partners including creative, merchandise, social and marketing
Expand the brand’s influencer presence on TikTok and YouTube while keeping a pulse on the ever-changing social landscape, identifying new channels and partnership opportunities
Responsible for reporting and working closely with the performance marketing and analytics team to ensure we’re exceeding program goals
Effectively manage a team of 2 to execute influencer deals and leverage the brand’s expansive network to amplify key stories and launches
Required Competencies:

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all level team members
Hyper organized and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time
Be creative and solution oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
Team player and self-starter
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing/Communications preferred
4+ years of experience working in social and influencer marketing
2+ years of experience in managing one or more direct reports
Ability to interpret legal documents and work with legal on contract language
Experience working with influencer social tools for discovery, reporting and CRM
