We
are seeking a Sr. Strategist for our NYC or LA office who possesses a clear understanding of how to unlock consumer insights and connect them with cultural and industry trends to develop inspiring strategies. You will develop strategies across and for each channel centered on consumer needs and behaviors, integrated communications plans and messaging strategies that assure all channels are working together to ensure we meet client goals and deliver excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Turns observations and truths into original and compelling insights.
  • Is the go-to for quick thinking and POVs on platforms, industries and clients.
  • Works closely with creative teams to develop their ideas and ensure the work is tied to the strategy. Gives useful creative feedback.
  • Brings consumer insight and platform understanding to every discussion/debate.
  • Demonstrates digital and social platform thought leadership and expertise.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years’ experience strategizing on an integrated brand campaign
  • Must have creative agency experience in a role on a team crafting social and digital strategies for a range of consumer brands.
  • Must also be a great collaborator and creative partner with a proven ability to provide logical strategic guidance and insight.
  • Must have an aptitude for new business and a passion for making great creative work.
  • Should be able to work independently and have a passion for culture.
  • Commitment to excellence—working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
