Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 Annually

About the Role:

We've recently begun investing in influencer marketing to drive new subscriptions. Now that the viability of the channel has been established, we're focused on scaling. We're looking for a data-driven, performance-minded rockstar to play a major role in expanding our program. As the Associate Manager of Influencer Marketing you will play a huge role in shaping our performance influencer program. You’ll be partnering with creators large and small to run a program geared towards performance while helping to establish us as the leader in the home, garden and outdoor space. What You'll Do:

· Book Instagram/TikTok influencers to drive subscriptions.

· Help to build and optimize a streamlined process to activate creator partnerships efficiently and effectively.

· Own outreach, negotiations, contract development, content review and execution for the majority of our Instagram influencer relationships.

· Identify and vet new influencers to scale the program.

· Work with the legal & brand marketing team to ensure influencer content meets legal standards. Transparency and ethics are important to us.

· Drive how we measure success and learnings to continue to grow our influencer program

· Work closely with greater growth team, content marketing team, brand team, creative team and more to run world-class influencer executions

What You'll Need:

· 1-2 years of experience in acquisition focused influencer marketing on Instagram

· Great communication skills to foster the relationship between influencer and our brand

· Strong Analytical ability (you are well versed in using data to drive decision making)

· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

· Detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects and relationships at a time

· Collaborative and open to cross-functional ideas and work

· A curious mind, willing to dive deep and solve challenges not yet addressed

Nice To Haves:

· DTC Subscription Experience

· Understanding of other influencer marketing channels (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok)

· Experience with data warehouses (i.e. Google Big Query, Redshift) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau)
