Yonder is seeking an Influencer & Social Media Strategist to help us grow our marketing team, build upon Yonder’s social media strategies and engage in influencer campaigns and promotions.
Influencer Strategy
-Research and identify potential influencer partners to work with Yonder
-Lead influencer outreach, planning, creative ideation and execution across global markets
-Organize and book travel arrangements for each partner
-Create and update influencer calendar and on-going creator list for each market
-Manage all communication between influencers and Yonder
-Responsible for managing all creator contracts, creative briefs and schedule strategy calls between influencers and Yonder
-Work with Marketing team to create offer codes and tracking links for each influencer
-Ensure content goes live and all deliverables are met
-Pull and house all influencer results to be used on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Work with Senior Manager to put together insights and learnings for each campaign
Social Media Strategy
-Act as the Yonder voice and engage with potential customers & hosts across Yonder's primary social media channels
-Using Yonder's social management tool, respond to all community questions and comments
-Own the social media calendar including strategy, content sourcing, production and copywriting
-Schedule and post all global Yonder content across social media platforms, as well as adding link tracking in order to measure organic results
-Pull social media data and insights as requested
-Keep social media profiles up-to-date and ensure current best practices are being met
-Partner with Yonder's customer care team to resolve any issues or complaints
Content
-Assist in production and execution of global Yonder content and media for the website, app and other digital touchpoints
-Store and tag photos across brand folders
Qualifications
-A minimum of 3 years of experience with proven results leading social media strategies and influencer marketing campaigns for a major brand, agency or in-house
-This role will be contract to start with the option for full time employment
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Operates according to deadlines while executing multiple projects
-Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
-Familiarity with social and influencer management tools such as Sprout Social
