INFLUENCER RELATIONS MANAGER

Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for an Influencer Relations Manager to oversee end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives and brand social integration. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a self-starting work ethic, and an appetite for growth. Candidates can be based in Atlanta, Dallas, or Los Angeles.

As part of the OUST team, you will create integrated social media marketing plans, determine marketing messages and identify the appropriate combination of strategies to distribute this information to our client's audience. The Influencer Relations Manager will then navigate the plan alongside client partners, working to execute and implement the strategy while tweaking as necessary to achieve optimal results. You should also be proficient in preparing reports and delivering presentations, managing time and budgets efficiently, motivating and directing other team members, communicating with leadership about initiatives and success metrics, and effectively interfacing across teams and business units.

Agency or in-house experience is required.

Locations:

This role is located in one of the OUST office hubs: Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA, or Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications:

  • Manage and execute against strategic influencer plans at each touchpoint, including campaign development, identification, vetting, outreach, negotiation, creative direction, implementation, relationship management, and measurement and analysis
  • Well-developed skills in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and media
  • Experience working directly with clients on day-to-day activities
  • Ability to give strategic direction to content creators, whether organic or sponsored
  • Negotiate approvals diplomatically and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media monitoring

Experience:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of integrated brand marketing and/or media relations experience at an agency or in-house brand, including 1-2 years of hands-on social media and influencer program execution.
