H+M Communications is looking for a Coordinator to support our Influencer Relations and Marketing team. This position will give you an in-depth understanding of the influencer marketing space and its intersection with Public Relations.
You will gain experience in outreach, content direction and execution, storytelling, negotiations, as well as build industry relationships and experience. You will help contribute to influencer partnerships for various clients across the entertainment, retail, consumer, and tech industries.
Candidate must be fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Support with administrative assignments for influencer marketing campaigns
- Keep influencer and partner databases up-to-date
- Draft social copy for influencers, creative briefs, and campaign prep documents
- Conduct research to vet influencers for potential collaborations
· Identify and onboard new influencer talent and begin establishing authentic relationships
- Build and maintain campaign reporting
- Compile content insights and analytics for paid campaigns– evaluate important metrics that affect KPIs and target audience
- Listen to, identify, and understand the needs and asks of creators with the goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions to client and creator
- Monitor influencer social feeds and be aware of brand fit or competitive partnerships
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to support with influencer relationship recommendations and insights
- Assist with industry research and competitive analysis especially within the Hispanic community/market.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or English; are a recent college graduate
- Fluent in Spanish
- Great organization skills to track campaign progress, update spreadsheets and reports
- Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Passion for social media, creators, and content creation
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Fluency in Slack, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Platforms: Slides, Sheets, Docs
Experience with any of the following:
- Platforms: HootSuite, Celebrity Intelligence, Mailchimp, Google analytics, Creator IQ (or any Influencer marketing platform; Grin, Tagger, Upfluence)
- Marketing principles and concepts; consumer journey, funnel, and brand marketing
- Digital Link tracking, creation, and analytics
