Our heritage is in public relations and brand positioning, but today our programs are an integrated mix of social media and influencer marketing, content development and distribution, media relations and strategic paid media.

The Influencer Specialist on the Digital & Content team excels in getting things done and tracking all the little details that go into successfully managing client programs, campaigns and events. You have strong organizational skills and excel at taking tasks off of others’ plates. You’ve developed a knack for creating content calendars, building and managing Influencer networks and how to infuse brand messages through all digital communications. You know how to properly write content for specific social media channels and various clients. You have also shown mastery of the inner workings of client management, gaining confidence, delivering against deadlines and is a highly motivated team player who has the ability to multi-task and be proactive.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General Management

  • Day-to-day client management: inbound and outbound communications to manage all Client correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead client calls; be a leader on all digital account teams
  • Review client-facing documents for final approval before
  • Manage ongoing Client updates, weekly calls, scheduling, etc.
  • Create presentations of work and articulately present to Client
  • Manage account with professionalism; gain client confidence
  • Management of junior team members
  • Contribute to all team and company efforts, large and small
  • Support new business initiatives from digital and influencer perspective

Digital/Social Media Expertise

  • Stay abreast of the digital and social landscape and develop new initiatives
  • Ensure digital strategy is integrated and optimized across all accounts
  • Concept, plan and create content calendar themes that pull audiences in with a strong understanding of community audiences and strategic content that will deliver against all goals
  • Review content calendars and ensure ideas, copy and creative is on brand and of highest-quality; proofread and edit documents
  • Help produce content shoots (creating shot list, managing production team, location scouting, deciding set design)
  • Edit and review content (both written and visual) with brand lens
  • Optimize digital campaigns to increase key performance indicators
  • Develop and monitor metrics, and provide in-depth channel reporting to client
  • Deep-dive into analytics to uncover strategic insights and what factors contribute to various results
  • Ability to create plans and strategies based on learnings
  • Understand and work with company digital resources

Influencer Marketing

  • Understand Influencer Marketing landscape and stay up-to-date on regulations, creator trends, metrics and reporting
  • Work with team to vet, research and develop Influencer recommendation to meet Client goals
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, content creation, posting approvals and schedules
  • Analysis of Influencer programs against ROI (site referrals, consideration, conversion)
  • Knowledge of CreatorIQ influencer platform a plus
  • Strong understanding and passion for building influencer marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • 3+ years influencer campaign management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, analytically and strategically
  • Ability to take direction while also being a self-starter
  • Punctual, accountable and diligent
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented is a must; multi-tasker is a must
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Keynote, social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), Social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite), social media metrics, and Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Social Listening tools and analytics (such as Brandwatch and Google Analytics).
