What We Are Looking For
Harmelin Media is looking for an experienced Influencer Strategist to join our growing influencer marketing team. Our ideal candidate has experience planning and executing influencer campaigns and is well-versed in key aspects of influencer content and relationship management. This is a great opportunity to work on a team that serves as the center of excellence for influencer marketing at Harmelin Media. What You Will Do
Your role will incorporate the following key responsibilities:
- Leading projects as the day-to-day influencer marketing specialist for your assigned clients.
- Management of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing and strategic planning, influencer sourcing & communication, execution, paid amplification, reporting and billing
- Interface and collaborate directly with Harmelin account team and clients in the building of strategic influencer marketing plans
- Negotiation and relationship oversight with influencers and their agent/managers
- Supervision and mentorship of junior team members
- Present influencer marketing plans to account teams and clients, as needed
- Training and day-to-day interface within influencer management platform, along with key vendor partners
- Assist in consultations and presentations for Harmelin new business initiatives and client RFP requests
Keys to Success
You should have a strong commitment to client satisfaction with the following areas of expertise:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a digital media role with a marketing company or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of the various digital channels: display, video, mobile, search, social, programmatic
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build inter-agency relationships
- Comfortable speaking to mid- and high-level client contacts
- Excellent numerical aptitude to manage budgets, invoicing, etc.
- Must be a self-starter with initiative and have a positive, proactive attitude
- Key attributes include the ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (especially Strata, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of tagging, tracking and ad servers a plus (DCM, etc.)
