THE ROLE
As Coordinator, Culture & Influence, you will focus on supporting our rapidly growing business at VMG and our VIP Showroom Hideaway. The team is responsible for building our client’s influence in the community in a meaningful way, while elevating our cultural advisory practice for a diverse roster of premium and luxury brands. You consider yourself a creative thinker and strategic planner, with a growing network of talent, influencer, industry and brand relationships. You are confident in communicating with a diverse group inclusive of clients, talent and senior executives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Account & Client Support:
Manage all calendar invites and calls.
Attend and participate in client-facing meetings, keeping meticulous, detailed accounts of client status documents, communications and reports.
Support the Sr. Manager in creating, managing and reconciling project and program budgeting projects, providing timely reporting on progress and troubleshooting where needed.
Tracking large amounts of data on excel in organize and easy to digest way for both for internal and client purposes
Managing & uploading details, assets & contracts to client facing database
Participate in and contribute to new business pitches, including creative concepting and ideation, receiving of briefs, disseminating timelines and deliverables
Deck building
Asset building and management of client assets (invites, logos, etc)

Culture & Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Contribute to research for domestic influencer marketing strategy across our current roster of beauty, spirits and fashion clients
Organize, manage and contribute to creative think tanks for ideation around brand programs, cultural moments, concepts and mailers
Support identification at scale, vetting, and outreach for talent and influencers
Maintain our extensive database of influences and celebrities
Support the management of contracts between Sr. Manager and CLO

Hideaway House Management
Celebrity Dressing - VIP and stylist appointments
Product Inventory and Management
Event creative, guest list, vendor management and on-site management
House management (ordering supplies, managing house vendors)


YOU SHOULD BE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Cision, influencer dashboards
A fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through is crucial
Wearing many hats and doing what it takes to produce great work: no task is too small
Creating, writing and presenting presentations
Budgets
Photoshop, Canva or any other deck building program


MUST- HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 year experience in the marketing space, agency experience preferred.
Growing network of relationships across various levels of talent, influencers, representation and stylists
Demonstrated knowledge of emerging talent, social platforms and digital trends
Deep understanding of cultural nuances and trends, with expertise in 1-2 key cultural areas such as tv, film, music, gaming, etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating, writing and presenting client-facing decks
Able to work collaboratively in a small team environment and independently as the program or project requires, remaining flexible, open and adaptable to new ways of working
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
