POSITION SUMMARY The Coordinator of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and execution of influencer marketing programs for Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin. Serving on the brands’ Global Marketing team, they will serve as a key contact for Kendo cross-functional teams and assist with coordinating the administrative aspects of influencer and artistry outreach and relationship-building activities, including personalized giftings, partnerships, sponsored content, event planning, and networking. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in influencer relations/marketing/PR and have superior organizational and problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment. They would also be passionate and knowledgeable about marketing and beauty (especially our brands), with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Some travel may be required for activations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Global Influencer Marketing team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to placing product orders, managing purchase orders and invoices, shipping and tracking samples and gifts, booking travel, preparing for meetings, and organizing/updating key internal documents and databases.
- Support the development of influencer marketing strategies and plans, presentations, reports, briefs, collateral, and data analyses as needed.
- Responsibly represent the brand and build and manage relationships with all influencer partners, talent managers, media, and contacts at each social network.
- Cultivate and apply a keen understanding of the brand’s business, priorities, and overall skincare category.
- Help monitor trends to develop insights that generate ideas for the brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 1-3 years of relevant job experience, preferably in influencer relations, marketing, and/or PR on brand and/or agency side; beauty experience a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently and within teams.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Entrepreneurial spirit – able to cope with ambiguity and work independently with little or no direction.
- Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.
- Effective relationship-building skills; professional savvy and organizational agility to leverage partnerships across the organization to get work done.
