What happens after I purchase a job post?
We review and verify your role first — that's what keeps this board ghost-job-free. Once verified, your listing goes live within 1–3 business days, is queued for the next CREATORVERSED newsletter send, and is scheduled across all social channels. You'll get a confirmation with your live listing link.
What's the difference between posting a job and full-service recruiting?
A job post puts your role in front of the network — you review applicants yourself. Full-service means we run the search: sourcing from our 100K+ database, headhunting beyond it, screening, and presenting a pre-vetted shortlist so you interview 3–5 people instead of 250. Every full-service engagement includes the amplified job post.
How do success-based and retained searches differ?
Success-based: a $1,500 activation fee covers your amplified job post and search setup, and the placement fee is due only when you hire. Retained: you partner with us exclusively on the role — there's no separate activation fee, the engagement fee is split in thirds (kickoff, shortlist, hire), the job post is included, and you receive our lowest placement rate plus first priority on our private talent collective.
What does "zero ghost jobs" mean?
Every listing is verified as a real, open, actively-hiring role before it goes live. No expired reposts, no résumé-harvesting, no fake listings — since 2016. It's why the review step takes 1–3 business days, and why candidates trust what they find here.
What's the 90-day guarantee?
If a full-service placement leaves within 90 days, we re-run the search at no additional placement fee.
Can I get a refund on a job post?
Because posts are amplified across the newsletter and socials immediately after verification, they're non-refundable once live — but you can edit, swap, or refresh your listing any time during its 30 days. If a role doesn't pass verification, you're refunded in full.
