The Company provides a true turnkey outsourced suite of marketing capabilities on a monthly retainer basis, including SEO/SEM, lead generation, PPC, social media marketing, marketing automation, asset development, and branding.

This role is flexible/hybrid. Individuals not local to Boston, MA or Warwick, RI may need to come into the office periodically for company and team meetings.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining paid social media campaigns across our book of business. The specialist will ensure that ongoing social media activities are on strategy and following best practices. They will work with other paid social team members and across departments to deliver high quality work that helps our clients reach their goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversees Facebook Biz manager to ensure that best practices are being followed
  • Ensures paid social spend is maximized within budget
  • Ensures paid social campaigns are launched on time and remain within budget parameters
  • Ensures Social Listening topics align with Social Listening Strategy
  • Reviews work product implemented in organic social.
  • Ensures ongoing social management activities are on strategy and following channel best practices
  • Maintains Content Calendar with relevant social content
  • Ensures organic social recommendations align with clients' marketing goals and objectives
  • Oversees audit and competitor research
  • Maintains working understanding of industry and social best practices
  • Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-5 years of social media experience; prior agency experience is a plus
  • Prior experience managing paid, organic, and/or influencer based social media campaigns and budgets against KPIs simultaneously
  • Prior experience with social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Khoros or similar
