THE OPPORTUNITY:

HumanCo is looking for a Marketing Coordinator dedicated to our Snow Days Brand and owning all customer-facing communications and support inquiries. An ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting tight deadlines. This individual will contribute to the current marketing campaigns while also assisting in the development of new initiatives that are in line with the brand's objectives. This person will work closely with the Snow Days marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotions are executed smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage customer support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner for Zendesk, ReCharge, and Shopify
  • Create weekly reports on customer feedback
  • Improve the overall customer experience by developing processes and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve customer experience
  • Troubleshoot website issues with the product marketing team, as well as provide recommendations for site upgrades.
  • Encourage community involvement on both organic and paid social media.
  • Support UGC asset management and ensure that it is current across internal storage systems.
  • Support and track sample distribution to partners in retail, influencers, Public Relations, and social media.
  • Organize recommendations for in-bound influencer partner requests
  • Support content creation and ideation for organic social
  • Connect with customers in-person at occasional events and samplings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excitement and positive energy with awareness of what it means to build a brand

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Proficiency in Shopify, Zendesk, and Recharge
  • Experience in influencer partnership
  • Experience working with operations and fulfillment teams
  • Facebook business manager
  • Community management in Sprout Social
