Job Summary

The Clean Juice Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in working in the high-powered and high-velocity marketing team charged with driving Guest Count (and Average Unit Sales Volumes).

The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to oversee and manage all Clean Juice brand social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and Home Store local and group marketing efforts. Secondarily, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support all digital marketing department systems and platforms (ranging from reputation management, directories, influencer marketing and more) that directly benefit the brand and its Franchise Partners. Ultimately, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for improving the marketing programs that meet the franchisor’s growth goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including increasing Guest Count, Average Unit Sales Volume, Brand Awareness, Social Engagement, New Store Growth, Store Openings and EBITDA.

The individual in this position will work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders on other marketing related projects including with the internal marketing team, inter-departmentally, Franchise Partners, vendor partners, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and create engaging social media and branded content for the corporate and Home Store Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media accounts while adhering to the Social media policy. This also includes the podcast, blog, email marketing, public relations, loyalty marketing, text message marketing and other channels.
  • Manage and implement omni-channel local marketing strategies for corporate Home Stores following the approved process. This includes, but is not limited to B2B partnership marketing, influencer marketing, event marketing, sampling, sponsorships, reputation management and more.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Systems Manager in managing the system’s multiple digital marketing platforms including reputation management, influencer marketing, directory management and more.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute a variety of marketing initiatives and tasks surrounding national promotions, campaign planning, setup, management, and optimization, reporting and analytics, tracking setup and troubleshooting, vendor communications.
  • Be the social media and influencer marketing subject matter expert and provide education and insights to key stakeholders including Franchise Partners ensuring their success.
  • Support marketing team with marketing compliance workflows.
  • Handle light administrative tasks - scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, and presentations.
  • Develop and update best practice documentation for Systems (work with Training , Resource Portal, Zen Desk, Operations Manual, etc.)
  • Support Marketing Services Manager in preparing for marketing cooperative meetings with digital campaign recommendations and performance analysis with expectation of attending and eventually leading co-op presentations in person, by video conference, or via phone call.
  • Ensure digital strategy (including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, programmatic advertising, digital video) is effective in delivering desired business results in alignment with multiple digital marketing vendors.
  • Coordinate and lead content and related materials for monthly webinars to Franchise Partners system on adoption and importance of social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing programs and campaign development
  • Assist with compiling and automating digital marketing reporting across channels
  • Develop content and digital advertising campaigns for the corporate Home Stores recruiting in key markets.
  • Generate tracking URLs for campaign analytics reporting; Create and maintain traffic log for digital creative assets and ad trafficking.
  • Create and set up new Facebook and Google My Business Pages, and other directories, for new franchisees entering our system.
  • Support the Marketing Services Manager in improving, managing and reporting on the Local Marketing Services digital advertising program.
  • Familiarize and fully immerse yourself in the Clean Juice, its product line, systems and go-to-market strategies across multiple functions to help grow the value and engagement of the Marketing Services department.
  • Assist in new product innovation, development, research, testing and rollout.
  • Initiate third party research, focus groups, guest survey initiatives as well as conduct market analyses to ensure Clean Juice’s positioning and success in the competitive marketplace.
  • Work closely with the Development and Operations teams in leading the new store opening and launch process including the planning and execution of Soft and Grand Openings to ensure success.
  • Provide one-on-one consultative support and education with Franchise Partners and Home Store Managers during the development and onboarding processes, from construction to grand opening, to ensure favorable experience and effective store launch.
  • Support the Marketing Services Manager in discovering, evaluating and implementing national advertising strategies for the Clean Juice brand across multiple media channels including digital, social, SEO/SEM, broadcast, print, out-of-home, local sponsorships and more using the Brand Fund.
  • Promote and encourage Franchise Partner and Home Store Manager participation in all Clean Juice Marketing initiatives and programs including, but not limited to, retail promotions, B2B partnership marketing, Third Party Delivery, retention marketing, directory management, catering, menu innovation, loyalty program, local marketing advertising services and more.
  • Support in the management of new and existing Vendor Partner relationships to drive desired business results.
  • Be an active contributor to the Clean Juice Response team in helping challenged stores improve business KPIs. This includes the review and analysis of store profit and loss statements to discern opportunities for the store to drive traffic and profitability.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Juice Jam, its annual Franchise Partner conference.
  • Be an authentic champion and brand ambassador for Clean Juice in communicating across all guest, prospect, Franchise Partner and internal channels including Home Store employees.
  • Support Franchise Development team with content development for lead generation, email marketing, project management, analytics, agency partner support, and more.
  • Support Franchise Partners throughout the Clean Juice lifecycle (from onboarding to store launch to monthly marketing activities) with acquisition and retention marketing initiatives, campaign development, systems administration and more.

Experience(s) That Best Prepares You

  • Education: 4-year college degree, particularly a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: Required minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in social media, digital advertising and marketing preferably for a retailer or advertising agency; Possess relative prior work experience including social media campaign management and measurement, influencer marketing, digital advertising, content creation, marketing plan development and execution.
  • Other Experiences: Excellent networking skills within related associations or volunteer work.
