The Growth Marketing Manager works as part of the Lead Generation Marketing team responsible for supporting marketing strategy, executing against product launch plans, and thought leadership content to drive market awareness and revenue for the MarTech business.

The Growth Marketing Manager works within the team and cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, & Corporate Marketing.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with product marketing and product team to launch A/B test growth marketing programs
  • Assist with content development and creation from brainstorming to bringing it to market
  • Be a thought leader for growth marketing processes, driving best practices across the MarTech business unit
  • Leading the ideation and execution of experiments that will improve marketing performance and downstream marketing sourced revenue
  • Building customer segmentation and targeting to deliver messaging that is personalized, complementary, and reinforced across our marketing channels (social media, outbound email, website etc)
  • Independently conduct research on competition, users, and customers to inform marketing strategy
  • Help with the project management of marketing campaigns for the MarTech business
  • Independently seek out inputs needed to support decision making to ensure we meet our revenue plan
  • Build productive internal and external working relationships; interact internally with functional peer groups and occasionally with others outside of functional group

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years’ related work experience, preferably marketing financial or technical services for manufacturers or retailers; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
  • Industry experience in social, online advertising or influencer marketing, a plus
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate large-scale concepts
  • Ability to approach the day-to-day with both a product and client mindset
  • Eminently curious, with a high propensity for self-learning
  • Proficiency working with the following software programs: Google Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
