What are we looking for in a communications leader? Your experience, judgment, passion, storytelling and sense of adventure! You’ll be critical to managing a global team of professionals responsible for telling Kofax’s story. Reporting into the SVP of Corporate Marketing, you’ll manage an internal team of five direct and indirect reports as well as outside agencies tasked with creating compelling corporate and product narratives. You’ll be an integral part of our Marketing leadership team, working closely with peers across corporate marketing, demand generation/field and product marketing, brand and creative services, digital, and more to drive awareness, adoption and affinity. You’ll be responsible for Public Relations, Content Marketing, Organic social media, Customer Reference Management, Influencer Marketing and Internal Communications so you’re going to have a lot to do and get involved with right from the start.

We need someone who’s been working in B2B technology for 8 + years and skilled in all areas of corporate communications. You truly understand the importance of all types of storytelling, including those anchored in traditional media as well as social media, streaming media, and content media, strategically using all these avenues to reach diverse audiences. We’re looking for someone confident navigating complex stakeholder environments, driving tangible business outcomes that may challenge others, but not you - you excel in creating ‘buy-in’ as people love working with you. You’re well connected, confident networking and are very present in a variety of channels: the national media, trade press, speaking engagements, bylined articles, research etc. that showcase your superior presentation and written communications skills. You’re going to be part of a supportive, caring, inclusive team who want you to succeed and grow, knowing that you’ll inspire and coach your own team to reach their fullest potential too.

This is a remote role.
