Account Supervisor
Remote; NYC candidates preferred.
Invisible Hand is looking for a full-time Account Supervisor to join our rapidly growing, social impact and culture change agency. Our team’s mission is to use culture, cause, and live experiences to spin the world forward with great equality and opportunity for all. This person is adept at developing strong client relationships, understanding the client business, providing leadership to the team, and thinking strategically about how to improve the overall client experience while also possessing a deep understanding of social impact consulting and creative development in all its forms.
As the account/project leader across a variety of client projects, including social impact campaigns, influencer and digital marketing initiatives, live and virtual events and long-term strategic consultation projects, this person will be responsible for project success from initial plan and timeline to delivery.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Act as main point of contact for clients; build strong interpersonal relationships, receive and implement feedback, and build trust through consistent delivery
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans with short and long term milestones, while prioritizing resources and tasks
- Help maximize agency billings and profitability from the clients you help manage
- Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines, budgets and legal requirements
- Facilitate and schedule project-related team meetings (i.e. intake, kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.) and clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations on a regular basis
- Present, alongside colleagues, creative concepts, project plans and pitches
- Ensure that all stakeholders have up-to-date project milestones and deliverables with near-daily communications via phone or email, both internally with cross-functional teams, and externally to clients
- Assist with the handling of contracts, negotiations, and relationships with vendors involved in projects
- Handling project budgets and managing client project costs
- Resource management: Scoping and creating work-back schedules to resource creative needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary creatives to bring ideas to life
- Asset delivery and project task traffic management
Here's what we're looking for:
- 3+ years of client relationship experience in an agency or production house
- Experience managing external creative and production partners or vendors
- Capable and conversant in all aspects of a creative and asset production workflow
- Ability to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
- Experience and proficiency creating decks, agendas, project plans and timelines, and workflows
- Ability to create clear, effective briefs in partnership with stakeholders
- Appetite for problem-solving and thrives in high-velocity, deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to closely track project performance and oversee the successful completion of short and long term milestones
Note: This is a remote position, but NYC-based candidates are preferred for occasional in-person co-working with the team.
