The Social Media Influencer Manager will be responsible to develop and manage our overall influencer marketing function at Stride, Inc. The ideal candidate is an innovative and data focused social marketer with a specialty for managing marketing campaigns that leverage influencers and content creators. Also, will need an affinity for emerging social trends, synthesize and leverage business goals, consumer insights, and performance data, to develop mass earned reach social marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director of Social and Content Marketing to lead our new influencer marketing function at Stride Inc. You will be a champion and subject-matter expert on all things related to leveraging relationships with influencers and content creators aligned to our brand.

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Develop campaign briefs, social content ideas, write and curate content
- Responsible to manage influencer budgets and compensation
- Responsible for the internal and external social ambassador and advocacy programs
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
- Partner with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels (Product owners, Corporate Communications and PR).
- Coordinate any related outside resources and vendors to ensure success of campaign.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- 5 – 8 years related experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

- Ability to use data to develop actionable plans to achieve specific outcomes
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

- Networking aptitude
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Web proficiency
- Ability to travel 10% of the time (minimal if any e.g. team building activities and training)
- Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with large brands, corporations, or agency related experience
- Prior experience with Influencer Management tools and marketplaces
- Understanding of Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)

- This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C., and residents of a US military base abroad.
- We anticipate the salary range to be $53,315 to $99,095. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
