In February of 2022, Crocs, Inc. acquired HEYDUDE, a casual footwear brand with very high growth and profit. This acquisition not only adds an outstanding brand to the Crocs portfolio, but will provide a wealth of opportunity for collaboration, career growth, and best practice sharing across the two brands.

We’re seeking two Social Media Specialists to help us tell our brand and product story through innovative, engaging and culturally-connected social-first storytelling and activations. Each individual will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 social platforms, becoming the platform expert who the organization goes to when asking about what’s new in social, what should we be thinking about, and how do we bring our brand and products to life on that platform. By supporting, driving and implementing our social media strategy, you will support the development and execution of industry leading tactics, drive community engagement, social audience growth and brand affinity.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, vet, curate, plan and schedule outstanding channel specific content
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to guide creative development of innovative brand social creative, from concept to delivery
  • Craft content briefs for the Creative team and external partners
  • Actively leverage social listening tools to keep a pulse on what’s trending about the brand.
  • Research and understand our target markets and gain competitive insights.
  • Seek and identify brand advocates, building community around our brand and products.
  • Research and monitor benchmark trends from competitors and audience preferences at a platform level.
  • Support manager and agency partners with community management including but not limited to replying to comments, sourcing UGC, and facilitating conversations with audiences online.
  • Create and update weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with the partnership marketing to implement the influencer strategy across platforms
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding on the latest trends, capabilities, and algorithm shifts for your platform

Qualifications

  • Intricate and extensive knowledge of key global social platforms
  • Ability to jump from creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
  • Proven ability to develop and manage cross-platform social activations that delivered positive material results including reach, engagement, follower growth, brand perception improvement, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of how to shoot and/or design content that feels authentic and right for specific social platforms, in order to help creative partners
  • Ability to navigate both the creative and analytical sides of social media.
  • Ability to brainstorm new ways to bring the brand to life on social media.
  • Works well with a team while also being able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
  • Naturally curious, idea generator, and avid user of social media platforms. Eagerness to explore emerging platforms and think outside of the box.
  • Thrives in working in a fast-paced environment both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Demonstrated experience with social media management tools
