Job Purpose
Reporting to and working closely with the CEO & senior management team The SVP PR & Corporate Communications BritBox International will be responsible for establishing the global and regional communications and earned media function to build the reputation and success of the company among key stakeholders, in particular the media, subscribers, commercial partners and shareholders/ investors. The role will build the team & reputation of the company among key stakeholders, in particular the media, investors and commercial partners.

Qualifications and Experience
- Seasoned global communications and reputation management across all forms of earned media- traditional and digital channels, consumer & industry events
- Strategic & tactical experience across corporate & consumer stakeholder leadership & execution
- Excellent media outlet, opinion former, influencer, event rand commercial partner relationships
- Demonstrable knowledge of the international TV & streaming landscape and demonstrable ability to shape long and short term company narrative and reputation
- Extensive understanding of traditional, digital (inc social), event and sponsorship landscape in streaming
- Extensive Talent management expertise

Responsibilities
- Devise and create global BritBox Corporate, Consumer & Internal Comms strategy to drive growth and reputational transformation. Leading direct and indirect teams across all earned and reputational comms channels including Press, Broadcast, Digital Press, Events, Sponsorship & Social Media
- Establishing and set up of global function via org and tools across press office, monitoring, talent management and community management.
- Provide communications leadership for BBI in NA, AUS, SA, Nordics & New Market launches. Develop and execute consumer & corporate communications strategy for those countries with publicity teams and communication partners in the region. Oversee all global publicity activities and tactics including the national, regional and targeted press out-reach
- Oversee development of global communications strategies and campaign materials – press releases, key messaging, Q&As, fact sheets, investor presentations, speeches, corporate presentations
- Support Country Managers and global leadership team to build the external profile of BritBox including maintaining a regular dialogue with key influencers in NA, AUS, SA, Nordics, new markets and UK
- Lead Global talent programme for access and support via campaigns and brand strategy
- Communicate BritBox’s position on industry issues with the media and other stakeholders
- Lead on reputational support for BritBox, including crisis communications
- Build on existing relationships with key stakeholders, news outlets and advocacy partners and identify new industry partners in all markets and the production & creative community in the UK
- Lead briefing materials for CEO & senior management to support media & shareholder/ investor engagement
- Establish media and reputational monitoring all relevant press coverage across print media, broadcast, & online
