Compensation: $61,000 to $79,000 Annually

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to manage cross-platform social media content and monetization for an established commercial real estate entrepreneur with a 5mm+ audience reach.

The company is Irvine, CA-based and while there is some schedule flexibility, this is role will be expected to be onsite with the team the majority of working hours (with reasonable flexibility for...you know...life).

Critical must-haves to be considered:

  • Must be Irvine, CA-based or able to easily commute daily
  • Proven social media marketing success with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating growth across IG, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms with 250k+ followers

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $61,000-$79,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Own social media marketing strategy and execution with an eye on conversion and monetization opportunities that are rooted in authentic, audience-focused, original content that you can help generate
  • Create, post, track, and report on inspirational and action-oriented content relative to the personal brand, real estate entrepreneurship
  • Own strategy, posting, calendaring, and audience engagement for social media across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Monitor and collaborate with paid media - curating creative assets, tracking campaigns, and reporting on results
  • Create organic social content that can also be utilized for paid media, using internal and outsourced design resources - video, photo, graphic
  • Build audiences across all platforms using paid and organic strategies
  • Make creative recommendations and provide examples of content you think resonates with intended audiences, and own creative asset curation
  • Write captions, respond to DMs, questions/inquiries in a timely fashion, and engage with audiences
  • Know everything there is to know about social media trends, competitors, great content, tips/tricks/tools for creating and tracking content
  • Immerse yourself in the real estate coaching and development space to understand audiences and create dynamic content that converts
  • Develop influencer and affiliate programs to increase brand awareness and sales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional social media marketing and reporting experience demonstrating an ability to scale audiences and sell products (real estate and/or courses are a huge plus!)
  • Must have experience managing business accounts with significant numbers of followers (250,000+)
  • Highly adept social analytics and reporting skills
  • Expert-level knowledge of IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Expert-level writing skills and confidence in voice and captioning abilities
  • Paid media experience is critical - FB, LI, and IG ads specifically
  • Must be super creative and have a critical eye for ad content, able to make pixel adjustments, etc. Graphic design chops are a huge plus
  • Strong knowledge of courses and/or real estate coaching industry, including successful accounts, content creators, influencers, etc.
  • Must be super analytical and able to extract data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate audience and revenue growth
  • Flexible schedule and able to post and engage with audiences on nights and weekends as needed
  • Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis
  • Team-mentality. Must have a good attitude, maintain professionalism, be kind, and promote an overall healthy and people-first work environment
