Role Description

You will be responsible for driving mobile adoption and engagement in key customer journeys by using both existing and incremental touchpoints throughout the journey to proactively message how the Chase mobile app can make it easier for customers to manage their financial life.

In addition, a s Chase evolves, changes policy, and/or installs new features and functionality, you will contribute to driving on-going adoption connecting customer journeys and migrating customers from the contact centers and branches to digital self-service platforms. You will create and execute the marketing strategy that e ngages customer through all available channels, including but not limited to on-and off-us marketing campaigns.

Description Of Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Digital Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to understand our existing and emerging digital product suite and develop actionable marketing plans across various comms channels and platforms
  • Prioritize messages, marketing use cases and test & learn opportunities to drive cross-functional alignment on jointly owned/influenced assets to deliver cohesive outcomes that drive deeper digital engagement and meet KPI targets
  • Develop content of communications across a variety of channels. Channels include but are not limited to: Mobile, Chase.com, Email, DM, Branch, Call Center, IVR, ATM, Branch Merchandising, Signage, Collateral, Advertising, PR, Social Media

Qualifications Experience/Skills Required

  • 8+ years relevant experience in mobile/digital marketing
  • High energy team player with the ability to partner across organization levels and LOBs to deliver results
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to develop scalable strategies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator; proven ability to develop strong presentations and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Known for being a great, flexible partner and listener, and influencer
  • Demonstrates tenacity
  • Creative thinker who is willing to give and take feedback
  • Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Deep understanding of Marketing practices, both traditional and emerging
  • Bachelor's degree required
